Please line up at 9:00 . Due to Covid 19, no Numbers will be given out. We will honor a list and the sign up sheet will be placed at the front door. We will start with the first 10 and once they clear the front area we will let more people inside. This is a huge home. All Items being sold are on the main floor so great for you moving out the items you purchased!
We supply hand sanitizer to everyone entering the home.
You MUST WEAR A MASK TO ENTER THE HOUSE, covering your nose and mouth. This mask must stay on during your shopping.
No masks will be sold or provided, please bring your own.
Please follow CDC regulations and have 6ft social distance from each other. You will be asked to leave if you do not follow these guidelines.
We are not responsible for accidents or injuries. You are entering, shopping, moving your items, and exiting the house at your own risk.
All items should be picked up by 2:00 Saturday.
No large bags.
Item are sold in ‘as is’ condition. All sales are FINAL, no exchanges or refunds.
Cash Only (we will hold large items with a 25% non refundable deposit)
Please respect the other homeowner's houses, driveways, lawns and mailboxes.
We reserve the right to refuse entry.
We can provide moving companies, but you are required to move the items out yourself.
